Maintenance Package
Our 35-point maintenance package ensures that you come home to a home that's operational.
Performed once a year for Silver Level Plans and twice a year for Gold Level Plans
Replace A/C Filters
As filters become clogged they block more air from passing through, causing your system to work harder. We will provide and replace these filters. **(2 Provided, additional filters at additional cost)
CO2 & Smoke detectors
Testing CO2 and smoke detectors to ensure they are in perfect working order when you need them. Providing and replacing batteries annually.
Water Valves
Water shut of valves are used basically anywhere water is. Checking these for proper function not only saves money from a leaky valve, but can prevent an expensive renovation caused by water damage
Dryer vent & duct
Build up in the dryer hose and vent duct reduces air flow. Cleaning it reduces the chance of fire and increases the dryer's efficiency.
Ranges & ovens
Making sure all parts are working as intended, heating elements, gas connections, and mechanical parts.
Faucets & fixtures
Inspecting the faucets and fixtures for leaks ensures that you won't have any water damage in the future or overpay a water bill.

Water Heater Maintenance
Checking the T&P valve for operation as well as flushing the damaging sediment from the unit prolongs the life and efficiency or all water heaters.
Appliance Lights
Inspect all appliance lights and replace as needed. We will provide them as well.
Replace Water Filter
One of the hardest things to remember is the refridgerator water filter. We will provide and replace this filter twice a year. ***(1 Provided, additional filters at additional cost)
Dishwasher
Inspect and clean because food particles get trapped in the drain filter and linger for a while. A clogged drain can cause slow or stop the water draining, leaving standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher and causing an unpleasant odor.
Sanitize
Sanitize the dishwasher, garbage disposal and clothes washer. These appliances can harbor harmful bacteria.

Reporting
Every maintenance visit you'll receive a report detailing the status of your home, everything that good, some things to watch and what items need to be taken care of.
