    Tom came to repair my tankless water heater after the plumber said I needed an electrician.     I moved into my home and had a leaky toilet that had rotted the floor. When he went under the house to assess the damages it was worse than I thought. Tinker Home Repair took out rotting wood, flooring, and replaced it all as well as added a needed support around the toilet. He replaced pipes and reassemble the fixtures. It was short notice and rainy weather. It didn't stop him at all.
